Brew&Bloom

Slow coffee on a loud corner. Single-origin espresso, hand-laminated pastry, and a window seat with your name on it.

We took the
noise out of
the morning.

We opened on a wet Tuesday in November with one second-hand La Marzocco and a sack of Ethiopian beans. No business plan, no investor deck, just a corner unit and a stubborn idea about what a cafe should feel like.

Eleven years on, we still pull every shot by hand, still know our regulars by their order, and still think the quietest minute of your day should taste like something worth remembering.

the corner, today

Eleven years on
Redchurch Street.

What began as a stall outside Spitalfields Market grew, beans by sack, into a sunlit corner shop where flat whites are pulled to order and the croissants still come out at 7:14 sharp. Four roasters, one stubborn corner, and over a decade of mornings.
